Each year our MYC® students learn about music composition and write compositions by hand to participate in the Music For Young Children® International Composition Festival. Each composition is judged within its level of the MYC® curriculum. This year, over 3,300 compositions were submitted, composed by students from ages 3-10 from Canada, the United States, Malaysia, and Singapore. We are thrilled to announce that TWO of our students received recognition for their work!!!   Nellie Briand

We have a new addition to our Music Centre! We wish to extend a special thank you to Peter Marshall for his generous gift to the Muskoka Music Centre! His grandmother, Mary Ann Marshall, was a professional musician and teacher in the Toronto area for many years. Her beautiful, heritage, baby grand piano is now in place and ready to continue assisting students and professionals in their pursuit of music in the Huntsville area. Thanks
